Q: Do you have a brick and mortar location?
A. Not yet! Currently treats are available for Local pickup/ delivery in the okc area and nationwide shipping.

Q: How does pickup work? What about local Delivery?
A: Pickup- Upon placing your order you will be given the pickup address and instructions. Pickup is in the Nichols Hills area and is usually porch pickup! We will be watching for you so pickup will be prompt.

Delivery-your order will be hand delivered to the designated address. If you are unable to be at the delivery address for delivery your order can be left in a designated spot or front desk location. Please provide delivery instructions at checkout if needed.

Q: How does Shipping Work?
A: Your order will ship the same day it is made. We will include a fresh pack to ensure your treats are fresh upon arrival. Most locations shipping from OKC are 2 days via UPS. When you received your order please let the treats warm to room temp for an hour before enjoying.

Q: How does pre-order Work?
A:pre-order is for holiday treats that are made a few days of the year. When you place your order please select the date you would like your order. You will have a few days to choose from. For example, Valentines treats are available for pickup/ delivery/ shipping February 9-14th, 2024. You may place your order for valentines treats anytime from January 17th-Feb 8th, 2024.

Q: How much notice do everyday treats require?
A: Everyday treats require 24 hour notice. When you place your order the earliest your order will be ready is 24 hours from the time your order was placed.

Q: Are cotton candy products available daily?
A: Cotton candy products are not available as part of our everyday treat collection, however we would love to make cotton candy for you with 3-5 days notice. When you place your order please select the date you would like to have your cotton candy.
